Polskie wsparcie PrestaShop

Mam problem po instalacji sklepu. Instalacja była bez problemów, połączenie z bd, wszystko ok.
Zalogowałem się do admina.
Po próbie jakiejkolwiek w ustawieniu w adminie, od prostej edycji kategorii wykakuje mi:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@expro.pl and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
Administrator serwera z expro.pl twierdzi że wina oprogramowania (1,2 i 1,3 - obie instalowałem i to samo)
Proszę o pomoc
